DFC meets as a whole five times a year — January, March, May, September and November. In addition to guest speakers on timely topics, members receive updates on committee work, and information on ongoing programs, issues and concerns.

We are governed by a steering committee of 10 members, which includes Convener, Vice Convener and Secretary. Each serves a term of three years, and the committee meets in months alternating with member-meeting months.
